Kfc Potchefstroom (mandela)

I received my order incorrectly, but they quickly and graciously fixed the mistake.

The service was inadequate, and we had to wait longer than the time that was promised.

I strongly advise against visiting this KFC after 6 PM. Recently, an incident occurred where someone was attacked, and unfortunately, the security guard failed to intervene. Its location near the taxi rank makes it a target for criminal activity. It's not worth risking your safety for this KFC.

There was no meat, like imagine KFC running out of meat saying there were issues with the supplier. Only nuggets were available which was very disappointing

Very pathetic service. For a KFC that is really busy, there are only 2 employees (1 in front and 1 in the back) that are there to help. It took 30 minutes to take our order inside although we were the only customers. In the end our colonel burgers was just a piece of chicken on the bread. No garnish was added. Please get new or more staff. If The Bult KFC can do it, so can this branch.
