The service was incredibly friendly and prompt, and the place was clean and well-organized. The food was fresh and served warm.

At a time when the economy is tough and many people are losing their jobs and financial stability, this is not how a restaurant should behave. They need to step up their game! It’s frustrating to see an employee mopping the floor right where a customer is standing, leaving the area wet and inconvenient to navigate. Yes, cleanliness is important, and certainly, it should be maintained continuously, but it should never come at the expense of customer service. You would hope that the recent changes at the restaurant would lead to an improvement in their attitude, but unfortunately, that has not been the case. I believe they should consider rotating their staff, as there are some truly friendly and sweet individuals working in the back who would be a better fit up front to take orders. It's all about putting customers first!

The staff was uncoordinated and kept customers waiting for long periods, resulting in cold food that left me feeling unwell. This place really needs better management and some staff changes.

No good experience! Very slow service! Wait for almost 30 minutes to get a Burger N chip. Orders mixed. I hope it was just one day.

After sitting in the drive through queue for over 30 minutes, we are told no ice-cream when we get to the window to order. There is no sign posted anywhere stating that they don 't have ice cream, to stop customers from entering the drive through just to waste their time. It is not the first time that happened to us, either. We will not do business here again.
