Bought two focaccias and a sandwich, prices too high and made specifically for tourists. Good focaccia. Staff not very helpful and courteous.

It seemed to have a good choice of visually appealing bread so I purchased durum wheat loaves, turtle rolls, croissants with cereals and pasticciotti. When I arrive home, the bag is missing sandwiches..... I return with the receipt and point out that the sandwiches are missing. The sales assistant insists that I had to pay again because they are not present on the receipt. After various explanations and checks, it was accepted that the bag they had put in was part with 4 sandwiches it was mine. Total inattention if you prepare for me products that I had chosen they were in the various individual sachets and then you put them in a single customer sachet it comes out you as a sales assistant can't you see that there is one sachet left from the person who has just been served you say that you forgot ? I can understand all human error but that morning there was no confusion there were 3 people in line..... Moral of the story stringy loaf with no flavor never eaten bread like this, turtle sandwiches undercooked because when you cut the crumb it came off behind a knife, good croissants... terrible pasticciotto with very thick impact. If they always work like this for me they can also ask
