Worst food I ever hadHow about cooking the onion rings and French fries until there done instead of limp

Greeted promptly but then told to wait. Sat in drive up for over 15 minutes with no check in. Went to just drive through and ended up stuck behind cars for another 20. Food I’m sure is fine, but avoid the drive up.

Zips has gone downhill. They changed their batter. It's gross, and food was soggy now.

I went through the drive through on 3/1. The kid who took my order was rude. The hamburger i ordered had 3 times the amount of ketchup a hamburger normally has and made the bun soggy. The hot dog gave my granddaughter food poisoning. I watched him put the banana flavoring in the milkshake and mine was horrible. I like Zips but will not ever come back to this one.

Make sure you ask them to wash there hands before preparing your food they doing dirty back there
