The Cornish Bakery - Portsmouth

I decided to take a Saturday off from studying and fancied a nice coffee. I was staying close to the area and had walked past a few times and was enticed by their gorgeous window display of scones and cakes. I'm also a big fan of union coffee roasters. Jess who served me was lovely and welcoming and helped me to order a bacon roll and latte. I got to sit in a lovely clean and sunny part of the cafe! Thank you for your excellent service Jess!

Lovely clean and tidy place to eat. Great pastry's, milkshakes and tea. Lovely friendly customer service. Definitely recommend.

Another top food option at gunwharf quays. great service and even better eating. love this bakery. love the cake. easy to find and well positioned. great value for money. have visited many paintings and will visit again. Get up!

Very good bakery, good selection and baked. very friendly staff. I was lucky to come by later the day when they sold everything cheap! pasty was exceptional quality with first class steak meat, pork and kartoffel, tasty and highly recommended.

Excellent location for a relaxed breakfast. many possibilities to choose from pastries and sandwiches are not bad at all. also a good coffee. no complaining about the service, but tabs could be a bit cleaner? some seating are also quite tired. I also found it strange that there were no toilets, but I guess there are public next door. a small place to sit and watch the world over.
