Melted - Portsmouth

I drive past this place all the time, popped in for the first time to order a toasted breakfast sandwich and a coffee. Coffee was from a proper machine made fresh in front of me and the toastie was just what the doctor ordered. Very happy bunny

This restaurant has new ownership and I recently tried their cheese and sausage toastie. I used to enjoy them regularly, but now they use cheap sausages and mild cheese that lack flavor. It was absolutely awful, so I ended up giving it to my dogs. I will not be returning, and I advise others to avoid this place.

Very slow service and wrong food. Was very rude when we called to complain. Would not recommend very over priced

Original deliver time was 40 min,which quicly went to 1 hour 10. when i called after an hour and ten i was told the driver had just left. i called again at an hour and half to be told more lies. stunningly the food turned up an hour and 3/4's. and amazingly the sandwiches were still hot (after nearly 40 mins in the drivers car??????? the curry on the chips was solid and tasteless. the staff are rude and liars . dont bother orderering from this place.

It takes ages for the delivery guy to arrive, on Uber eats there is no minimum order but they keep rejecting everything below 16£. The delivery guy from Melted just left the order in front of the door ON TOP OF A TRASH BIN without calling or ringing the bell and I estimate it was sitting there for 40 minutes. The coffee was disgusting as it had grounds in it. The full melt toast and the brownie were good but the overall service....
