Hardee’s - Portsmouth City

Worst place to eat. People are rude and they gave us a burned up old chicken for breakfast. They are rude 99 percent of the time. Don’t say good morning or thank you!! No training of being polite. No hair nets. Long finger nails that should not be handling food. All long hair should be up in a hair net. Not swinging around in the kitchen. Hair nets on all employees. Beard covers too. We use to eat there all the time. It’s just gone down hill!!so we tried it today and it failed order number 424197. Cashier lytaejah. 3-13-2024 10:30 am!!

Check your order before leaving, order double cheeseburgers on 2 different occasions, each time one of the orders only had one patty. Service with an attitude…..??

I 've been coming to this hardees for over 30 years. The food has always been pretty good, but for the last 3 decades, the service has been horrible. It 's as if they only hire ignorant, miserable people on purpose. Occasionally, a new hire will be pleasant and friendly. We joke that they won 't last long, and sure enough, they 're gone in a few weeks. If you like being ignored at the counter, never told thank you or please come again this is the right place for you.

The young lady did remake my food love the hospitality of the workers and customers Would've gave 5 stars just need to change the grease
