Row has a modernindustrial look which is hip if not exactly cozy, but I think that is the vibe they are looking for. The menu is not expansive but everything we tried was excellent. The Calamari was some of the best ever we got a second round, the scallops were perfectly cooked and generous serving and the fish tacos were tasty but in the small plate range hence more calamari. If you like raw shellfish go for the Duxbury Oysters. Service was also quick and friendly. One of the better choices in town for seafood, bar or table seating, but maybe not for intimate conversation

The raw bar and appetizers are superb. We had three different pasta dishes and each was better than the last. A must for fine dining in Portsmouth

Kudos to the staff at for an all around great dining experience. Service was wonderful as was the food. Thanks for the added nice touch of complimentary champagne and dessert for our anniversary. Very nice
