Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Portsmouth

On May 24, 2022, I decided to give Tropical Smoothie another try, and I’m glad I did! I ordered the chicken Caesar wrap, and it was delicious. However, I was quite surprised by the cheese quesadilla; it was very small for the price and arrived cold. On the positive side, the smoothie was excellent and very tasty!

I placed a delivery order on March 19, but it never arrived. The restaurant didn’t reach out to follow up, and I still haven’t received a refund. I’ve called the company four times, and they keep telling me that the refund is being processed. It’s been a month now, and refunds shouldn’t take this long. This is getting ridiculous!

My husband and I recently visited this restaurant, and it was a terrible experience. We waited at the counter for a long time before anyone came to take our order. Once we finally got our smoothies, they tasted off and quite unpleasant. We won’t be returning to this place; it was a waste of both time and money.

If you order something, they'll screw it up. I'm on my fourth refund. It's amazing how to say? Chicken and cheese quesadilla and they will do chicken OR cheese. How many times do I have to order for them to get it right, I have no idea. not even that I started by phone. it?ll take about an hour and half, ask the door that you can never get a stop. very bad administration.

I decided to try the Cajun Shrimp wrap and it was horrible. Maybe the team here were rushing but? It was stuffed with entirely to much lettuce, only had 4 shrimp throughout the whole wrap and not enough sauce. The shrimp that was in there were cold and overly chewy. They need to do better with this wrap especially since it costs almost 9 dollars. Smh
