Subway - Portsmouth

Fantastic Subway! My mother absolutely adored her 6-inch tuna sub meal with chips and a drink! She appreciated that the fresh whole wheat bread was hollowed out, just as she requested, and filled with perfectly seasoned tuna and lightly toasted. It was then topped with crisp, shredded lettuce, firm, ripe tomatoes, and a touch of mayonnaise. The aroma was so inviting that she started eating it as soon as we got into the car. She doesn’t usually rave about food, but she loved it so much that she praised every single bite and finished the whole sandwich before we got home. At 94 years old, my mother knows good, fresh food!

Rod and Melissa were quick, friendly, and efficient. The subs were delicious and perfectly made. Overall, they are great employees working hard in a busy establishment.

There's nothing quite like a subway sandwich! My absolute favorite is the grilled chicken sub. It's very satisfying without leaving you feeling overly full!
