Life - PORTO RECANATI

This hotel is in front of the sea and it is magic! But absolutely lack of welcome and courtesy, both at the restaurant and at the SPA. When I arrived at lunch time I asked if it was possible to eat but I was absolutely not greeted with courtesy and hospitality and I was asked if I had booked. After waiting 10 minutes for the table to be set, I left. Same procedure at the SPA, absolute absence of empathy, the essential thing was to have informed me that the SPA closed at 8pm and therefore it was important to remove the disturbance. I will never return to this hotel again, there is still a long way to go...!

Great location and clean rooms! One minor inconvenience is the placement of the TV; it requires extra caution when walking past it. Overall, a positive experience.

It's a nice clean modern hotel. The decor is modern and fresh. The only point I do not like is the noise of the train that go past the back of the hotel and the noise of the heating system that's on in your room all the time

Eravamo fantastici. ottima posizione. la camera con terrazza vista mare è molto suggestiva. l'unica nota negativa è la dimensione un po' piccola. il personale della reception è molto gentile e disponibile camera/bar. colazione molto buona è abbondante, è particolarmente bello per guardare il mare mentre lo consuma. bella anche la terrazza panoramica sul tetto dove si può fare una bella apericena. Beh, che dire. Spero di tornare presto
