Rua- Tapas Music - Porto

Cute tapas restaurant with a good atmosphere and live music on a Sunday night. The sauteed mushrooms and veg was lovely, but the tofu spring rolls were bland and paired with a bizarre creamy foam sauce. I would avoid if I were you. There were also pardon peppers and I think the patas bravas was vegan. Would have been nice to see a few more options, but definitely more than the average Porto place. This really cool Tapas Bar is the sister restaurant of Raiz. They serve delicious Tapas like sauted mushrooms on sweet potatoe mash with asparagus, Papas Bravas, grilled peppers, crunchy tofu spring rolls. Not on the menu itself but they could also make a delicious avocado tartar. They staff is super cute, really friendly and a delight itself. They have life music and great drinks too.

The place is really nice, with a great vibe and live music. The food was ok, everything was a bit too salty and the portions felt quite small.

The best food we have ever had!! It was incredible. The stuffed Portobello mushroom and shrimp croquets are something else. Highly highly recommend this place! Make sure you book a table beforehand! The red fruit sangria is amazing and the staff do anything they can to make sure you’re enjoying and being taken care of. The live music is also great!!!!!

The bar is so great, nice atmosphere, the waiters are cool, the food is very, very good, Pork cheek is incredible!! I recommend the place. Live music sessions the week end : Latino, Brasil, Acoustic ! Thank you RUA!!
