Pans Company Via Catarina - Porto

Been eating in PANS for the first time 2 days ago (in Via Catarina Shopping) and WILL NEVER GO BACK TO EAT in PANS!!! Glad that I could use 30% of discount from Continente Card, instead of pay full €7.50 for the menu I ordered. Pros: 1. Good design of the menu. 2. Vaccine Certificate COVID19 validation if you want to dine-in. 3. Wearing mask is a must. 4. The sandwich is still hot after serving. Cons: 1. We bought a promotion 2 pans with €7.50 and did not worth nothing. Sandwich Inglesa: just little of bacon and cheese. Sandwich atum: bad taste. The drink contained so much ice. The potato chips were ok, nothing to complain. It is better to buy another sandwich in others places and cheaper with fresh filling. 2. The workers were so weird (especially the cashier and the girl whom served our order). She let the customers before us to stand right in front of her, but when it was our turn, she said two times to go back behind the sign. We were standing almost in the line where we should wait, not in front of her like their previous clients. We were wearing not good clothes because we just finished working and would continue our work after the dinner. Just because we did not dress well, it did not mean that you could treat your customers differently!!!

Nice little shop run by friendly people with a good selection of vegan and veggie food.
