My husband and I, huge fish fans, ordered the shrimp, clams and sardines. Everything was fantastic. Everything was simple and pure. The fish was fresh, seasoned with garlic and fresh herbs. The server was friendly and the whole staff made us feel like it was a familiar atmosphere. For those seeking fashionable decorations, lighting and fusion cuisine, you’ll be disappointed. But if you are looking for pure food like „mama“ makes, this is will hit the spot.

This is a small traditional restaurant in central Porto. The speciality is fish and there is a small but interesting menu. We booked as there aren’t many tables. The food was lovely particularly the fish dishes we chose, the prawns starter and also the padron peppers. A highlight is the service. One lady only but it was efficient and she was very pleasant. It was cash only which we weren’t told about when we arrived but there is a ATM about 2 minutes walk. I would definitely recommend this for fish lovers.

Small and charming restaurant in porto downtown. warm welcoming, delicious food and great wine! all in all a beautiful experience with a very good value for money.

This place is a hidden gem. If you want a luxury refined experience, this isn't the place for you, but if you want good quality fish and authentic Portuguese food, this is the right place. I ordered padron peppers and sardines which were excellent. The restaurant is family run and the lady who served me was very friendly. I would come back again in a heartbeat. Note the restaurant is cash only but it does have an ATM outside.
