Xport lounge The Porter - Portland

I would definitely recommend Xport Bar Lounge! It has such an amazing ambiance with the changing lights, live DJ and two different bars. There is a rooftop balcony that has a fireplace and comfy couches to look at the city. The happy hour menu is such a steal, I definitely recommend getting the chicken tacos!

The person checking IDs could be more friendly - I haven't been carded in a long time, so it felt a bit rude. I was hesitant about going in, but I'm glad I did. I believe the first person you encounter at the door should give you a sense of what to expect inside, and the experience was actually really fun.

We had made reservations and were promptly seated, but unfortunately, our experience went downhill from there. It took 25 minutes for our drink order to be taken and another 10-15 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Additionally, we were denied a side of green olives for our drinks, despite offering to pay for them. To make matters worse, we overheard two waitresses mocking and speaking poorly of us. The food was delicious, but based on our experience, we cannot recommend this restaurant to others.

Nice location, view, and vibe. Decent cocktail selections and happy hour menu.

The restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere and the service is excellent. Just be patient and soak in the beautiful views.
