Sushi Kata Japanes - Portland

The sushi is unusable. is this even more real fish? if yes, it is not fresh. it's not hyperbole, that's the worst sushi I had in my life. Maybe the Thai dishes are better here, but I won't be back to try them out.

We've been out of here since the opening. the quality of my food is getting worse and worse. my katsu was dry as he. salat dressing and suppe also went down the hill. you should come better with your food quality and the restaurant looks the same. bring them a little proud of their food and their facility. I'm pretty sure I'm not going back when someone else pays.

We came to lunch, everyone got a Bento box. I never understood the hype for tempoura until I ate it here. it was absolutely fantastic, the crunchy melodies of tempoura over the softest juiciest garnels, was super. the sushi was melted in your mouth, the magen (tuna) was particularly amazing considering that it could be Akami cut. or something, it was really good. it was an extremely filling food for my partner and I. the best part was the total leakage price under $20. it is a long time since I felt like food has been sold at a great price for great quality without going anywhere where you have to dress. it is a really cozy little hole in the wall restaurant, and the same family has been operating it for at least one decade as long as I can remember. this is a place I have always returned with the time, but after this last meal we are thinking about making this a regular lunch place. I can't judge this place high enough. 6/5 stars.

Delicious food, generous part, friendly service. our sushi order was fresh and the protein content was large. complementary miso suppee for each gast not only per meal. look at each other from the outside, but keep clean and good inside. it is very cozy in the inner and the way we were treated, it feels like we would visit a family for a meal. very good balance of taste, portion and prices. our only regret is the place where we live.

I absolutely love sushi kata!The staff are always so kind and welcoming to everyone. It's like seeing family every time I go there.The fish is always fresh and prepared wonderfully.
