Bidrage med feedbackI've always had a fondness for Sbarro, as I used to work in the mall and enjoyed their food for lunch regularly. However, my recent experiences have been less than satisfactory. Tonight, when I placed an order, I received pizza boxes that were bent, and when I tried to call the restaurant, it redirected me to voicemail, indicating it was too full to take messages, so the call ended abruptly. As a pregnant woman trying to satisfy my cravings, it was incredibly disappointing to find that my pizzas were cold, not fully cooked, and my Stromboli wasn't even cut in half. Additionally, I ordered pasta but received no fork, napkins, or straws. I even requested grated parmesan, but that didn't come either! I truly appreciate the staff I know there, but it seems that the other employees are missing some key details, and this needs to be addressed. If this continues, I regret to say that this will be my last visit to Sbarro.
Pizza? No it?s Sbarro the mall pizza joint I would always have in my teens. I have always loved the mushroom pizza and the pasta options. Just don?t go near closing because they are out of many items but still always nice and clean for a quick bite

The staff seemed more focused on wandering around than attending to customers. I had to inform one of them that I was ready to order, and he responded with a unpleasant look. There was nothing prepared, and several customers had to request forks and napkins while waiting in line. We are paying for food and service—it's not complimentary. If the staff isn't interested, perhaps they should consider stepping away from their jobs.
So we decided to change our order and apparently the staff members were mad about this. Surprised to see this is how they gave us our????. Mind you my sister was waiting to feed my nephew so she tried to cut it and I was like no don't except that from them! I asked to speak with a manager who was a bit more friendly and offered to refund us or give her the opportunity to replace our order. Unfortunately we were short on time didn't want to wait any longer so we tried to make do with it. For the mess it was it did taste good just a bit disappointed that they had the audacity to serve that to us. ????
