Paddy's Grill - Portland

Beautiful, classic Irish bar. The place felt warm and cozy when I visited a cold and rainy evening. The bartender was excellent, and the fish and chips were delicious. I'm glad to come back to the Shepards' Pie to taste.

The best in the northwest. Very competent staff. Great happy hour. Fantastic drinks and really amazing ambience. I met an Irish guy here and he was very pleasant. He gave me a coin with a 4 sheet of clover and promised that I would experience good luck for the coming years. Also the bathrooms are clean

This place is spectacular! It has a great atmosphere and amazing food. I love the timeless and classic holiday decorations they set up for the season. I recommend this place very much!

The staff was friendly and accommodating, even during short staff in a super busy time, I was told that they have the best rubies in the city, and from what I experienced, I have no reason to doubt it! Flavorful and not drowned and drop with dressing, it was a daring good ruby. They also had a special Peated Pear cocktail that was excellent, with a strong pear taste supplemented by the folly of a Laphroaig Scotch.

The interior is fun and the drinks were great. I will return for another drink at Paddy's next time I'm in the area. We stayed at a hotel nearby but I could see parking being an issue if you need to travel there by car but the public transportation drops you off right there as well.
