Mr. Tuna - Portland

My wife and I came here for some sushi while in Maine to see if the sushi would taste better then normal in a place that’s a seafood lovers paradise and I was very pleased to get such good tasting fresh sushi here. I had bbq eel, spicy salmon and Maine crab and my wife had the spicy salmon, shrimp tempura and the Maine crab as well with a side order miso soup that taste better then most places I’ve been. Mr. Tuna thank you for good food!

When I need a treat, Mr. Tuna is the first place I turn. Their food is so damn good. I’ve never had a bad meal. The staff are always very welcoming and have been attending the few times I’ve eaten in at the Monument Square location. Wanted to give them a 5 star shoutout after another great meal today. Nestled within a food hall, this place offers a convenient sit-down experience where you can order and pay through your phone. The fish was incredibly fresh and absolutely delicious. I loved the combination of flavors and ingredients used. This was definitely one of the highlights of our weekend! Food rating: 5/5.
