Excellent service, delicious food!!! We ordered the hummus to start. Then we had kebabs, octopus, cauliflower, asparagus and a kale salad, all to share amongst 5. Plus a bottle of a local Pinot Noir. Everything was delicious. For desert we had the apricot cheesecake and the pistachio bon bons. Try it! You will not be disappointed.,

I don't know which I loved more the food or the service. Waitstaff offered us a complimentary hummus after the kitchen made an extra. We had the lamb hummus, bacon wrapped dates, beef and lamb kebab, greek potatoes and olive oil cake everything was divine. Our cake was also comped also because we originally ordered their ice cream but they didn't have any that night. Drinks came out quickly and were very tasty. The entire atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming. We'll definitely be coming back can't recommend this place enough.

One of the better meals I've had in Portland in the last couple years. Friendly, attentive staff. A bit spendy.

My new favorite restaurant in Portland, I'm sorry LeChon. I had to do this to you. MEC is phenomenal. The flavors, presentation, THE PITA... its heavenly. After visiting 4 times last month with another reservation planned for next week, I had my fair part of the menu and can simply recommend this beautiful place to everyone. If you weren't with MEC, you need it and you won't regret it. The crispy lamb hummus is my current fav, the baked feta is a showstopper. The youngest had peaches and it tasted like a dessert. You really can't go wrong here. Current favourite drink is the Curry favor!

Delicious experience, but I think that portions were small for the price. Service was fast and good. You don't have a happy hour on Sundays that's a bummer.
