Lib's Dairy Treats - Portland

Yesterday, my brother ordered me a "blurry." I mentioned that they combine all the sweets they have into the ice, and he did just that with the chocolate ice cream. It was heavenly! I suggest they create a new treat called the "Chocolate Candy Mix."

The staff was friendly, the food was delicious, and it’s a great spot for both people and their furry companions. The wait can be long, but it moves fairly quickly. While the prices aren't the cheapest, they are reasonable for the quality offered.
