Bidrage med feedbackMy partner and I are vegan...a big mistake at this place. They have almost no vegan options so they sold us a $8.00 brown rice risotto at a full entrée price. If you don't order drinks they don't bring bread. A loud unappealing and very unfriendly place to eat.
My husband and I were BLOWN AWAY eating the special menu on Valentine's Day. The fried bocconcini was heavenly, the ravioli to die for, the scallops were ecstasy and I had the apple zeppoles which are Italian doughnut, divine. We loved everything about our experience and will be back!
We adore this Italian restaurant! The ambiance is warm and ideal for a date night or any special celebration. Every dish has a homemade taste that feels truly authentic. I highly recommend any of the ravioli options; they are simply outstanding! You won't be disappointed!
The only downside to Iorio is that I can't enjoy their food every night. I had the catch of the night, and it was an unforgettable meal. They definitely need to do more advertising!
What’s not to love? I tried the Draper Valley chicken; it was incredibly tender and juicy. The brown rice risotto served alongside was packed with delicious vegetables and flavor. My ice-cold Grey Goose Dirty Martini was perfection. We visited on a Thursday when they even had a saxophonist providing live music! The cheese sampler plate featured various fresh bites that complemented my friend’s glass of Sangiovese from Scarafone beautifully. The fried gnocchi in pesto cream appetizer was rich and indulgent—perfect for sharing among the whole table. We truly had a fantastic time. Iorio earns my personal stamp of approval for its excellent food, attentive service, delicious drinks, live music, and laid-back atmosphere. Plus, they have a parking lot! Iorio makes you feel like part of the family. There’s truly no other restaurant like it in Portland.
