Honey Thai Food - Portland

Really good! The surrounding area is pretty sketchy, so I didn't expect much, but I was really surprised. The food was all made fresh and just exploding with flavor. Generous portions too!

We got the crab wontons! Delicious and very affordable! Highly recommend stopping by to try it out!

Best Thai tea, boba, and sticky rice and mango dessert. We got Thai tea for $2! The water and soda was only $1 as well. If you go down to the Portland Market, you'll pay $2.50 or more for a bottle of water. We came back twice to Honey Thai for drinks! Excellent spot to visit a row of food trucks, too. Stick rice and mango was da bomb!

What I will say is that this classic spot is fantastic because for under $15, you can enjoy two refreshing Thai iced teas and a main dish to share, which included shrimp for a bit more. The food was delicious—hot, fresh, and perfectly cooked. This has definitely become a new favorite in the area. I should mention that most places would charge at least $25 for what we had for just $14, and the quality might not even match. This restaurant is a must-visit, especially if you're looking for proteins other than chicken or tofu.

This is a fantastic place for lunch in downtown Portland! The staff are friendly, and our food was prepared quickly. I ordered the spicy mango chicken, which was delicious, and the rice was cooked just right. Don't miss the coconut shrimp—it's a must-try!
