Great pizzas, but a bit fussy. If you go in mid day for a slice, you can't just pick one out they cook single slices custom to order. And it takes ten minutes. I walked in, ready to pick, and I got caught flatfooted, not expecting to order anything. I got confused by the options on the menu and the pricing, and couldn't find the toppings list. I almost walked out, would have if the counter guy hadn't just asked me what I would normally pick and then quoted a slice price. And then he told me it would be ten minutes. Fussy. I just wanted a slice. The pizza is great, all great ingredients, really good dough especially. But it's more like a chain franchise place than a regular corner pizza shop. They do take pride in their food, though.

It's a great franchise already, the food is phenomenal and with the small footprint they had for the restaurant they make full use of the space. It's not crazy busy when I go in so it's nice to relax and catch up with friends or watch a game on the TV. We just had a family birthday party and they were both accommodating and welcoming to the event. I love this place.

This was the first experience with Flyin pie Pizza. I was satisfied with the quality of her pizza. It took an hour to get my pizza, but the restaurant was packed inside. Although I say that I was satisfied with her pizza, the floor was more sociable and not hot, but after I put Peices in my toaster oven, it was better. I'll give the North Lombard branch a shot in the future.
