Chipotle Mexican Grill - Portland

There are many reviews mentioning poor service, but I had a perfectly fine experience when I visited on a Tuesday afternoon. The staff member generously loaded my tacos with toppings, which I really appreciated. It was a bit noisy due to the kitchen sounds, making it somewhat difficult to hear at times. The restaurant had plenty of seating available. Overall, it was a typical Chipotle experience.

Andy certainly deserves a raise! She was incredibly kind and helpful during my visit today. It seemed they were facing some technical difficulties, which caused my order to get lost in their system. However, Andy and another staff member (whose name unfortunately escapes me) were both attentive and quick to resolve the issue. Andy went the extra mile by offering me her hotspot when I didn’t have data to check my email. Such lovely service! Thank you, ladies!
