Great place with amazing staff and good coffee. Thank you to Velvet, I enjoyed a dark chocolate latte she recommended. Very positive ambience!

The employees are very welcoming and friendly. I had fast service Little annoying that you can’t tip at the machine, you have to tell the employee to charge you for a tip but other than that, an overall good experience.

Thank you Nordstrom Cafe for such a great first experience eating out in over a year. It was such a fabulous experience. I left feeling joyful and so encouraged. Thank you Cari/Kari!!

Friendly and accommodating staff. Good selection of syrups and drinks for the area. They allowed me to customize a frozen drink with real peanut butter and honey, to great result.

I really like every drink I’ve gotten here and and everyone has been super nice! Mason was so sweet to me today it totally made my day <3 update: Amy is so kind every time too! I love y’all :’
