Bidrage med feedbackThe burger was a silent mess and the onion rings were somehow burned and muddy at the same time. The onion fell out of the bread when I picked it up. It felt like I held a biohazard in my hand. The chicken pliers my brother got were also burned, but he ate them anyway. My father was able to eat the sandwich he got, thankful, but the man was was wasting his money on this meal.
Unfortunately they were out of onion rings which I was part of the reason I wanted to try this place out. The burger was so so nothing special. This rating is specifically for the service. Very attentive and efficient. The girl who made our milkshake was super sweet. The front counter had mistakenly not sent the ticket through. So we waited a little bit but she promptly got us the milkshake and wrote a sweet note on the lid.
This is not the first time this location has disappointed in this way. I ordered mobile pick up and when I picked up my order, I got all the way back home before realizing my drink were not included. So I circled back. Picked up the drinks, and returned home. Once I started to finally unpack my order, I realized that an order of fries was also missing and my daughter?s kids meal apple juice was not included. Not to mention, the extra time taken to circle around left us with cold food and melted shakes. Not cool. Probably won?t be ordering from this location for awhile.
Usually love Burgerville....but this round! HOT FRIES. KOLD OLD SERIOUSLY MORE MORE HOUROLD HARD LITTLE CHEESE BURGERS... Cameron even forgot to give me soda.... when both simply handed over dripping soda everywhere... one with the lid that has jumped off...no big thing.... just super frustrated about these evil burgers.... can't even eat it.
My husband went through the drive to order our dinner. He wanted to order a milkshake. The person didn't say they were too heavy with the number of employees here today. Okay, I order onion rings, that's not too hard either. He ended with two cheeseburgers and a number of fish and chips. Then he asked the employee to scan his loyalty card. No, the sun visor is too bright. Finally, he was asked if he would give a tip. He said, Are you kidding? No.
