Burgerville - Portland

My online order was accidentally picked up by someone else. The counter server could quickly restore my turkeyburger. They are always nice and patient. Good food!

That was my first time to try this place. I'm a burger who doesn't know anything about food, which means that I can't disappoint much food. The No6 castle I tried was badly too salty and too small. The Pommes were great through, which is why I give two beginnings.

Beautiful, fast burger fix, very tasty with the frits w/ flaked salt the Halibut sandwich is a good option. Do I even have to mention the milkshakes? Yum!

Always put on our expectations. Delicious and no 6 burgers with fresh and plentiful pimples, red onion, tomatoes, Mayo. all fresh on a perfect Brioche beer. Delicious and mind blows textures. Icing on the cake was a fresh 12 ounces of chocolate and hazelnut shake, with or without fresh whipped cream. Righteous, fast and superior staff. The chefs are thoughtful, never disappointing.

Customer service seems to always be very friendly. I'm glad they are back to serving customers as I thought they were permanently closing. Their prices are quite high and that one reason we don't go as frequently as other places nearby. I have 5 kids, so we order quite a bit anywhere we go. The amount I pay here is equivalent to what I'd pay at a dine in restaurant like Red Robin or Olive Garden. But if I'm feeding myself or my husband, it's not too bad. We mainly go here for their shakes. I'm extremely disappointed that they did away with the cones and soft serve altogether, though. I'm actually quite surprised too, honestly. They have thee best ice cream I've ever had. Especially for a fast food/restaurant. In my opinion, nothing compares. So, when I heard of this, I was quite upset. Especially since they still do shakes, so they still have the product. So, when I'm craving their soft serve, I just order a plain vanilla shake not mixed just straight out of the ice cream machine. Sometimes, I'll get a little pushback from the workers, likely because they may not understand what I'm asking for, but after explaining, they get it right. Downside, I have to pay the price of a shake for what used to only cost me a couple of bucks. Hopefully, we'll see it come back. I loved their strawberry shortcake ? ?
