Burgerville - Portland

Usually everything is fine. Maybe because I usually go through the drive. This time I went in because I needed a glass of Burgerville sauce to send my friend back to NY. People were nice, but I waited forever. People came and went while I was waiting. You have made my order wrong and the Walla Walla rings were broken into fat. It won't stop me from going to Burgerville. They are still, without a doubt, the most delicious food. My normal order is the bean burger who is spicy and phenomenal. So tasty is each of their burgers and chickens. I miss the waffleries as they are seasonal, I think. I'm just staying through. I give 5 stars because every other time was great.

I love the staff here (also the food good), but they are very sweet and when I drove without my fish and chips, they gave me a fresh order when I came back. I refuse to go to another place just because I love the people who work so much here. Thanks for my night! <==============

25 minutes to get our food out. When the food came out, it was all cold/Luke warm. Buns on burgers were stale. Overall the worst Burgerville experience had Iv. Just drive the road on the mill level and you? ll be much more satisfied with the food quality.

My first visit and I was shocked as the double cheese burgers saw NOTHING like the photos; they look rather clear than the only burger child? The food in another Burger garden. They pay in advance and they ask for a tip in front. Wouldn't you know my order was completely wrong?. I didn't know until I got home. I spent $29 plus tip for two burgers, two onion rings (big! one fries and a little shake? Service was pleasant, so they got two stars.

Bad experience. Had to go into the restaurant to get our meal curbside order and it was sitting cold on the counter, missing items and milk shakes were completely melted from sitting so long. WAY over priced for this service.
