Angelina's Greek Gyros - Portland

An all round fantastic experience. Staff very welcoming and chatty, food good quality (and I love a gyros), fresh veg, crisp but soft pitta, and tasty meat. My partner and I had both beef/lamb and the garlic chicken, both equally tasty but different flavours. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area as a great quick meal of high quality. Tzatzki of the highest order.

My girlfriend ordered delivery from Angelina’s for dinner. I am usually skeptical about trying a new Mediterranean restaurant but I was impressed by the care put into the presentation, the quality of the ingredients, the flavor of the sauces and the conscientious arrangement of meal components. I will definitely be coming back (or ordering delivery) again! I highly recommend you put Angelina’s Greek grill on your list!

Try their garlic chicken wrap. Best wrap/gyro in Portland. I used to always get one at Saturday Market for years, before the Covid slowdown of the market, now I go to the Old Town location. The quality and taste of the food here is superior to any of the other gyro food carts you'll be spoiled. I was told today that they'll soon be moving to a better location in the downtown core.

Delicious food! They were able to accommodate my food sensitivities (gluten, dairy, rice, corn, soy, and egg) and had some good suggestions. I will definitely eat here again.

I hope to try this in the future however tonight was not the case. After being handed a wrong order I returned to the restaurant to exchange for mine. I was told that it was never there to begin with. Even though it was accepted through their pos system and marked for pickup as well. Im sure it was handed to another customer by accident. I am a delivery driver myself and this happens frequently. No big deal! What is not an appropriate response is to yell at me as if it my fault to begin with. I did engage in some back and forth comments. Simply because I refused to be talked down to. I’m sorry if they were having a rough night but their reaction was beyond ridiculous. Quite honestly, you weren’t that busy. Hoping that you have better days ahead. As I won’t be putting up with your behavior next time either.
