Vau Steakhouse - Portimão

Great place with a truly stunning cliff view over the sea. The system is modern, with the entire interior dining area surrounded by an elaborate retractable door system that gives the interior/outside vibe. The surrounding cliffside terrace is extensive and includes private cabanas and beautiful areas to make picturesque photos. The service was immaculate, and the food options were plentiful. A steak lover paradise, but with many non-steak options such as chicken, fish and pasta. Prices were appropriate/modified in view of the cliffs and the high quality of food. The food came fast and hot, cooked properly with steaks to order. I would recommend this restaurant at any time and especially for a romantic dinner or a special small/medium group event, as there are additional private areas to dine away from the main dining area.

Um especial agradecimento a todo o staff, pois estava tudo simplesmente perfeito . Menu muito bem elaborado onde destaco o folhado de pato com redução de molho de laranja e os filetes de Dourada. Legumes cozidos no ponto e uma harmonização de sabores simplesmente fantástica. O bife do lombo com camarão tigre, estava igualmente do outro mundo. Noite simplesmente PERFEITA OBRIGADO

Vau Steakhouse has a beautiful view overlooking the sea. The staff were friendly and the food good. We really enjoyed our meal here!

We had the best surf and turf platter yet with the most amazing service possible. If you are in Portimão and you can visit vau I would def recommend. Make sure you also try their local rose wine which was equally great.
