Kfc Porth Cymer Road

Filthy tables, nobody cleaning. My son and I intended to eat in, but there were no clean tables. You could see the crumbs and grease on the tables. We took our food home to eat maybe that's what they prefer? Portions are smaller than other take away places, and rather pricey for what you get IMO. I won't be going back which is a pity because the chicken spices are lovely.

Just went into KFC Porth and ordered a bucket meal. Not my best decision and i wont be going there again. The staff were polite and helpful but my food was awful. The chips were only half cooked and the chicken awful the coating is so hard i couldnt eat them. My food bin is now full and my stomach empty. Wont be going back ever again. I had to give one star or it wouldnt let me post my review but i wouldnt give one star.

In these searing temperatures we are experiencing, the self service terminals are still showing ice creams on them despite that restaurant not serving ice cream. So had to have a refund. Thats why I have only given 4 stars. Food always good, but the toilet area needs some attention.

Ate in for the first time in ages! All empty tables were dirty. Had to ask for the tables to be cleaned. The floor was stinking I don't know if they have a cleaner...but they need one! No plates for us to eat our family feast. And we've now finished our food and are still waiting for the beans

First when you walk in..it's usually dirty all round. The staff bar none are miserable and bad customer service. To get very bad portions and bad food on top of that. Highly not recommend this place at all. The nearby llantrisant restaurant is much better.
