Bidrage med feedbackI loved the principle of the unique surprise menu. enter a kind of vinegar vinaigrette revisited with smoked herring and a very good euf calf. In flat a poissson perfectly cooked with a polenta with creamy mushrooms and a spuma of urchin... a delight.... a little disappointed by the dessert too simple but fresh fruit and good yet. At the end restaurant advised a tasteful cuisine a little expensive for what we ate (I think dessert has dropped the note) but the service is friendly and the dishes of quality.
The unique menu "surprise of the chef" is very friendly. the entrance a very good creation, the fish of the dish well golden in aromates and perfectly cooked. However, for this price, the desert was too simple and the dish had a taste of too little.
Dinner with family on Friday night, the surprise menu enchanted us, we were very well received, we'll be back.
Via a restopolitan map, we discovered this restaurant with the original concept: the waitress, after having welcomed us, asks us what we do not like to avoid the false steps. After that, the chef prepares a delicious meal, with fresh and seasonal products. this surprise menu is therefore available according to the inspiration of the moment of the chef. for us everything has been delicious, from entry to dessert. To begin with, the waitress brought us small slices of toast with a very good preparation to spread, even if we didn't take aperitif. the entrance, a salad with tomatoes and radish served with a goat terrine and dried tomatoes was very refreshing, then we enjoyed with a sebaste daurade fillet on a quinoa bed with small vegetables with a seiche ink sauce. Finally a light and fruity dessert, fruit of passion accompanied by a gingered whipped whipped meal. I think for such a menu, its price of 25 euros is quite correct. So I recommend this restaurant for its original concept (a surprise at each dish only for dinner,) its delicious cuisine based on fresh and seasonal products, and for the kindness of the waitress.
Dinner a Friday night with a couple. not being at all motivated to the concept of a "surprising meal" I finally let myself be guided by my wife. a very friendly welcome, a modern setting inside (for it must be admitted, the fronture does not pay a mine!). with a large glass bay that lets the chef cook to the work. after a few questions from the server to know your desires and tastes, we let ourselves embark. The meal is perfect, fresh and tasteful products. If you let yourself go to look at the tables around you, you will realize that each table tastes different dishes, it's amazing. in terms of value/price ratio, it is unbeatable! Bravo, we'll come back, for sure!
