Taco Bell - Portage

This is the first time in over a year that I was at this place. service was excellent. manager was very friendly and was very busy helping her personal. omar greeted me immediately when I went through the door, although he worked hard cleaning. chelsea made my order. it was perfect. they gave it up because they were so busy. best experience I ever had at this place. I love taco bell, but I didn't like the service and inaccuracy at this place. it is much better and much cleaner. Thank you and I will be back soon. I tried to fill out the online survey. I couldn't find the 16-digit number on my reception or the storage location.

It was super dirty, even though they work many workers. through dirty I mean, tables were not cleaned, chairs pulled out everywhere, müll on the floor, mülldoses a chaos, pop station a chaos and doors were dirty. the cash disappeared when the line grew in the lobby. the food was good, so it continued.

Taco bell I've been the worst. they should be open at 7 o'clock, came around 7 o'clock and they told me that our food is not ready. it will happen in 10 minutes. I come back 25 minutes later and then I sit in the drive-thru for 10 to 15 minutes while they find out what it is that they give me my food without returning my debit card. I never come back to this taco bell. Worst service I've ever had.

I went out and now that I'm back in my own country, the things are different. so I put my order on the machine. I didn't receive them. the people came and went. Finally I asked about my order and the man said they have to pay for it before they get it. Okay, I understand the concept. it was like that before I left. what was the point to order my name for the order and wait in the restaurant, just not to pay and receive? I thought I'd pay for being ready to hand it over to me. they never prepared it until I got closer to them. 3-5 minutes later I got my order and of course my chalupas were cold. the whole point where I entered taco bell was to try their nacho frits. they don't sell them anymore. the restaurant was a waste of 30 minutes.

This place has a VERY long wait! I thought it was just some days but it every time I go I would have to wait almost an hour! I don't think I'll be coming back to this location anymore! It's definitely ridiculous!
