Ya’ll need to change your hours on Google. Drove 30 mins because it said you guys were open until 10. Just to be told through the speaker you guys were closed an it’s 9 o’clock.

I went thru couple days ago after my workout , and grabbed a bowl and it was great. service was great. I believe the young ladies name was lizzl. just a good experience I'll be back and as a regular . ?

I recently visited Smoothie King in Portage when driving to the west side of Michigan for Memorial Day Weekend and I was blown away by the exceptional customer service provided by one particular employee named Kevin. This store is truly fortunate to have such a dedicated employee!!!From the moment I walked into the store, Kevin greeted me with a warm and friendly smile. He took the time to listen attentively to my preferences and dietary restrictions, making sure I received the perfect smoothie tailored to my needs.What truly set Kevin apart was his kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. Throughout my visit, he consistently checked in to ensure I was satisfied with my order. If you’re going to make smoothies and I’m going to pay $9.00 for a single smoothie, you should at least fill up my smoothie. So annoying.

Never listen when specified to add a very minuscule amount of add in, like banana. asked for an extremely small amount, and specified, but there was not a small amount as my entire smoothie tastes like i'm sucking on a wet banana. gross. get the order right if you're charging $9 for a medium smoothie
