Pohlk's Pub - Portage

The service here is exceptional every time I visit. The food is amazing, and I really enjoy discovering family-owned places like this during our travels. I highly recommend this restaurant in Portage, WI. Plus, the prices are a great bonus—they're very reasonable!

We arrived in Portage intending to visit another restaurant that was closed. A man on the street recommended this spot to us, and we were so glad he did. The brothers who own the place were fantastic—very welcoming and attentive. It turned out to be an excellent choice!

The bartender is friendly, the food is delicious, and the prices for beer and shots are fantastic. I always have a great time here. I consistently recommend this bar to customers looking for a spacious venue around the Portage area.

We hosted a surprise birthday party here and it went off without a hiccup. Pohlk's was a great place to host this event. It is more than just a bar. They did an amazing job with the food. The nacho bar was everyone's favorite. We came in early to decorate and they accommodate us by allowing us to move tables and games. There is a stage to utilize. Bartenders were rocking it with the drink orders. The owners were very understanding, accommodating, offered a variety of options. If you are hosing any event; birthday, bridal shower, reunions, I highly recommend Pohlk's. Kids were allowed as long as they didnt sit at the bar. Prices are better than anyother place in Portage!!! Give them a call!!
