Bidrage med feedbackThis restaurant consistently serves the smallest portions of meat in all their dishes. The prices are reasonable for what you receive. I ordered broccoli beef through the drive-thru, and when I got home, I counted 12 pieces of broccoli (which is typical) and only about 3 small pieces of beef. They try to justify this by saying that broccoli is the main ingredient, implying that it should be the bulk of the dish, similar to places that skimp on chicken while loading up on vegetables. It feels like just an excuse to save money while giving customers less.
I’ve had a terrible experience at this Panda Express. Anyone ordering food from this place should really reconsider, as they’re often out of half their menu items. I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but after three disappointments in a row, I felt it was necessary. I love Panda Express, but this location should be avoided at all costs. You’ll either be disappointed or they won't have what you're looking for. I just ordered chow mein, and it was all vegetables—no noodles at all!
I've been to the one in grand rapids a few times and I've always been satisfied. I saw we were getting one in portage and had high hopes and I even gave them a year to work out the kinks before I visited. The orange chicken had good flavor. I usually love the noodles but here I got bone dry noodles. They usually come with some sort of oil tossed on them, but not mine. I then got up to pay and the guy told me they weren't accepting cash...what place doesn't accept cash? Anyways, if I would have read the reviews before coming here I would have just eaten at panda dynasty instead. They always have fresh and consistently great food.Parking: Parking here is a joke. I had to wait 10 minutes just to back out of the parking spot because they put the drive thru in the middle of the parking lot.
I’d give this place 0 stars if I could. Went in on a Friday at 7pm and they were out of rice… white rice and brown rice. A Chinese food place out of rice, like how does that happen. Hardly anything else was even left to eat. Makes sense that most the reviews on here were 1 star ratings. Didn’t bother ordering just left.
After waiting 10 minutes(because everyone is short staffed, I try to be patient) and no one coming to take my order, I decided to go in- no big deal I wasn’t mad but I did let them know there were 3 cars waiting behind me in the drive thru. I went to order- they didn’t have any of the food ready other than one of the items I wanted, and the person taking my order acted annoyed that I even wanted those items. I understand that everyone is short staffed right now, but use communication and kindness with your customers, especially when they are being more than patient with you. I don’t normally leave negative reviews but every time I’ve tried to use the gift card I received, there has been an issue similar to this.
