He had to finish cooking an order before he could take our order then start/finish another before ours. Took about 30 minutes from when we walked in, guess if he had more help 5-10 people wouldn't have walked out because of the 30+ min wait time. However, the sandwiches and loaded fries were good but not stellar.
Okay! Soggy bread I may try a Reuben. Fast service. The pickles weren't tasty Too much cheese ? Price was good sort of.
Terrible experience overall, do not recommend to even my enemy. Zero food safety practiced, no hand washing, meat on dirty counter at room temperature, place is filthy
I don't think customer service can get much worse than this.I came to pick up an online order. The worker asked the name of the order, and when I replied, they just walked away from me. A little rude. They then come back with an empty drink cup. Realizing they couldn't be bothered to fill it themselves in the time they were taking to chat with another customer in the lobby, I was a bit annoyed but just tried to roll with it.The worker then yelled back at me for what he felt was me snatching the cup from him and rolling my eyes. Am I supposed to pretend to be incredibly happy that I'm doing the job he could have done? At the very least, workers shouldn't be surprised when they ask someone else to make a part of an order. At the very least, don't try to yell at a customer for being upset by more of their time is being taken up.Instead of letting it go at this, the worker doubled down about me being rude for rolling my eyes and being upset. I've never seen this kind of childish behavior from a restaurant worker. And with that, I just left. I'm not about to tolerate being treated like that, and nobody else should either.I'd like to remind the manager and district manager who will no doubt read this review. Your customers choose you. Not the other way around. You're aware of this, and it's wise to make sure that your staff is aware of it too. If they can't understand this, they're probably in the wrong job.
Great cheese steak!!! But also a ton more options. Staff is very friendly and engaging. They make sure everything is right and taste to your liking. Checking on you multiple times to ensure your happy.
