Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Portage

Very good food, staff were very nice and helpful. I checked it because some people I know saved it. The pulled pig is really good and I like the sweet bbq sauce. Have a Jalapeno kielbasa waiting for my Hubby when he comes home from work. I hope he'll like it and I'll deal with it later for his answer.

My favorite rib joint is Famous Dave's. You won't find any better ribs. This place was quite close. Ribs were big and tasty. We'd be here if we'd long for ribs. Seems like they've gone down all the time. Had a feeling they would eventually meet the food with tiny bars. Skin on portions. What we didn't need is a less good barbecue. That sucks....

You have some of the best food I've ever had!! And their prices are very reasonable - they are 2 / $24 meal for two is an excellent offer for 2 people!!!! Each person gets 2 meats and 2 pages with this deal and we got it 3 times this week already. Not to mention their amazing grill sauce!!!! I am totally dependent on Dickey's and you will become too!!!!!!

I love taking my people to Dickey 'd Down for their first time. Ain 't nothing like poppin some cherries with some juicy, legendary beef n bbq! Despite unknowingly arriving close to closing time I was invited to eat inside the restaurant. The service was excellent with free pop refills and barbecue sauce. And of course the food was also spectacular. I also appreciated the slider options because I could sample different meats without filling up.
