Tim Hortons - Portage la Prairie Canada

Cashier had an unfriendly attitude tried to use the washroom, but there was faeces all over the toilet, and it looked like it had not been cleaned. I called the manager after I left the store.

I walked in 10:45pm and went to use washroom before I ordered… manager (I assume) opened the bathroom door to tell me they are closing in 3 mins… I asked him if there wasn’t a female employee working that could have spoken to me. He dismissed me by saying he only opened the door.. I asked at 10:51 pm what time they close and he said they close the front at 10:55pm and close at 11:00 pm… My husband told me he locked the door right after I walked in at 10:45pm I’m disabled and he made me exit out the side door far from my car because he didn’t want to unlock the door at 10:53pm that he isn’t supposed to lock until 10:55pm and I wasn’t even asked if I was going to order anything. It seems Tim Hortons staff have no respect for privacy or their customers in their washrooms!!

Went in at 5am, music was blaring as if a concert was happening. I asked for crispy bacon, and was told it just comes how it is. Pure laziness. Customer service has gone out the window. McDonald's got my business today.

My friends grabbed the food. I used the washroom. I should have went to McDonalds. Not a pleasant experience. Last cleaned last Thursday I think.
