Burger King - Port Wentworth

On the second day, I ordered the Ultimate Platter but received it without eggs. They were out of syrup (which I didn’t mind), and I also ordered an extra side of bacon, but that was missing from my bag as well. Unfortunately, I didn't feel comfortable complaining about it since they tend to be uncooperative when it comes to providing a receipt.

I just visited a few minutes ago and had a fantastic experience. The night crew was amazing; they prepared our burgers to perfection and the onion rings were wonderfully crispy. We also enjoyed fast service.

I am incredibly disappointed and frustrated with my experience. First, it took more than 40 minutes for my food to arrive, which I could overlook—sometimes things get busy. However, they also got my order wrong, so I had to place an additional order for the missing meal. I could let that slide as well. What I cannot overlook is that they served me a chicken sandwich that was undercooked. How is it possible to take over 40 minutes for just two cars, yet fail to cook a chicken sandwich all the way through?

The order was right, food is okay as far as fast as food goes. Service was somewhat slow, but it looked like only 2 people were working. Both were extremely friendly.
