I work in this store and understand why some people can be angry because we don't have things. It's a great place and will always be. These latest reviews are due to our current lack of personnel. I can tell you things will change. You will go on this subway and refreshed and happy. My staff and I try our best to satisfy many people. It works so far. From the customer's point of view, I come here a lot, even if I don't work. Some places can be dirty, but these are the places that no one sees (stills inevitable). What the lack of product, we are under a slight time constraint at times lead us to disregard the preferences of one person who orders a meat ball or a teriyaki, for the many people who will order different, more popular subs. As far as soup is concerned, it is now a common place, and availability varies from store to store. I have many customers who know me either with name and/or appearance, and I do my best to keep them happy every time. If you read this from me as an ordinary customer, you can probably guess who I am. I get ordinary customers for a reason, mainly for the sub, but also for the interaction and experience we hold together. I am a community member as you are all, and if I have not seen you here, I have probably seen you where, leading to a pragmatic interaction. All in all, your subs can't be perfect, and we can't have exactly what you want. What we have is the ability to be human to try and more often manage to leave you, the customer, satisfied with your subway experience.
