New Garden Restuarant Incorporated

I just called the restaurant and the woman who answered didn't seem to understand me. I'm not sure what she said. When my husband tried to call back, the line got disconnected. It's frustrating and they could definitely improve their customer service skills.

In the past nine months, we've ordered from New Garden regularly, and the Chinese food has been consistently delicious. Recently, we also tried their sushi, which was fantastic as well. The quality of their protein is outstanding, and all their recipes are authentic and expertly made. Every dish is flavorful and consistently satisfying with each order, and the deliveries are always accurate. You must try the crispy shredded beef—it's excellent! My only issue is that they stop accepting orders on Seamless at 8:15 on some weekdays, even though they're open until 10. Why is that?

When I got home, I had to call the restaurant three times. On the fourth call, the owner finally reached me and offered a free dinner as compensation. Honestly, I would never consider ordering from or stepping foot in that restaurant again! We’ll be sticking with Dynasty, Aik, and Yummy Oriental instead. I've never written a review before, but I felt compelled to share my experience. Even the frozen Chinese meals from Stop & Shop are better than what we received. I truly don’t understand how this place stays in business! This restaurant deserves less than one star!

I've been very good since they opened their sushi rolls. The Chinese food is very good also so far North Shore food goes their prices are very fair and their portions are quite filling out I am a great fan of this restaurant

The food here is great for the price (lunch menu $6-$12). There?s no other chinese restaurant nearby that can beat their hot n sour soup and sometimes i would order here because of it. The decor have a little bit of romantic vibe. If you?re broke and can?t bring your date to an expensive restaurant. Bring her or him here for dinner.
