Boychik's Bagels - Port Washington

Boychik's Bagels in Port Washington is a hidden gem that truly delivers! From the mouth-watering lox bagel with veggie cream cheese to the rich and flavorful coffee, every bite and sip was a taste of heaven. Can't wait to come back for more!

If you want fantastic bagels I highley recommend this place! I got a bagel, a large cookie, and a brownie for only $11 which I think is pretty amazing. This place is so clean and well taken care of, unlike Let There Be Bagels, no fruit flies in their display cases and on the food. The staff was very nice and welcoming. It is a cozy little store as well.

I almost never leave a bad review, but this was deserved. My first visit will be my last visit. I went at about 2:00 and ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a Reuben. The man rolled his eyes when I asked for a Reubens! It was the worst Ruben I've ever tried, which is saying something. I don't think it had any dressing, especially after another customer got a Ruben and asked for extra dressing. So I guess it wasn't just me. I was told the bagel was no better than a frozen Lender's.The restaurant was dirty. It was just before school let out and we were initially the only ones in there. It looked closed for business on the outside. I get it. Everybody has a bad day, but poor food and a dirty restaurant? A young man finally started sweeping just before we left. All in all, a poor experience. I won't come here again, especially with so many local options.

For a bagel with vegetable cream cheese and a bottle of water it was $9.75 I get the vegetable cream cheese is extra but that's just insane. Along with halfway decent service I wouldn't come here for breakfast if your looking for fair prices, and service.
