Mcdonald's - Port St. Lucie

I try not to leave any negative reviews, if necessary, but here it goes. order two happy meals with apple slices and apple juice. the pommes were super fatty and unsalted. they gave us the drinks first and the happy food boxes (open, without closing them). They also had no apple slices, but after they handed me the things they had closed the window so quickly to make sure we had asked nothing else (and kicked away from the window) we told our friend that we had visited the very close of the load and that it was always that he said. lol ended up the subway and had a much better experience.

French pommes were cold I asked for new, they did, they were better not burned and they were hot as expected of mcdonalds pommes. although, my next order they gave me old pommes probably the one that I rejected the first time.

I only come in about once every week or two for breakfast. I don't remember the last time I was in for anything outside breakfast hours. Service is usually cordial (nothing more), and the food fresh. My order is always simple.However, despite masks being off on both sides of the counter, this location is the only one remaining in the county (or Martin) that is still scared to turn on the self-serve drink fountain or offer refills of drinks.The Burger King a mile south sees more of me, largely for that reason.

So I went to the drive-through get my food today they told me to park. So when the lady came out to the connect me she gave them my order and try to give me their order at that point she realized one back up my order after the lady in her car dug through my bag then she came back and tried to give it to me. I wanted to the McDonald’s to try to get into correct it exp fresh made bag and the lady started calling me names like a maggot and stuff. They are tampering with food in that McDonald’s and not realizing lotta Covid restrictions that are going on nowadays. When I ask for money back she went off on me. At that point I went and told her off the manager came out give me my money back. Stay away from these people they’re disgusting .

Slow service and terrible. They parked a whole line of people. Tried to make their drive thru tomes. Took our receipt waited for 15 minutes for food then 10 more for the sauce for the nuggets. Bought $40 worth of food and the kid brought out 1 pack of ketchup and 2 sauces (we ordered 2 10 piece nuggets) with 4 large fries, how 1 pack of ketchup is going to work I’m not sure. When we asked for the receipt back he said they couldn’t find it. Food cold and terrible service. Never going there again.
