Absolutely ridiculous. Wings were burnt completely not dry rubbed properly and had 3 inches of greese in the box. No excuse for it either I personally looked at their orders and there were a grand total of 2 customers in the store besides myself. Wasliterally in there at 4:30 and got home to find this nonsense as my meal. Which is funny because the people in their before mewho KNEW the people working in their had food that looked completely fine. Absolutely ridiculous

Staff and food are always on point whenever we come here! John the manager is ALWAYS present and working with his employees side by side! This to me is what makes a great working environment and also a pleasant dining experience!! Team work makes the dreamwork! Way to go guys!!

I ordered a 40-count wings with three sides and encountered numerous problems. First, my side of veggie sticks was never delivered. Second, my large order of parmesan fries was both burnt and greasy. Third, instead of Korean BBQ wings, I received hot teriyaki wings. I attempted to call back eight times to discuss these issues, but my calls went unanswered and went straight to a full voicemail. The wings were overcooked, my fried corn was mushy, and the lack of communication was the final straw. I will never return!

The food was cold and some items were missing from my order. I requested extra seasoning on the fries but received very little. I tried calling the restaurant but ended up getting their voicemail. I'm quite annoyed.

I ordered 30 wings, but they forgot 10 Cajun ones. I drove back from SLW because they wouldn’t answer the phone; they were too busy standing around inside the store both times I went. They assured me they would fix it, but instead of the Cajun wings, I received 10 honey hot ones, despite me telling them three times what the correct flavor was. By the time I got back home, the fries were inedible. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time or money at this place.
