Freshii - Port Saint Lucie

The restaurant was clean, and the owner was on-site and quite accommodating. I had previously dined at BurgerFi in Fort Lauderdale, and I found that experience to be far superior. Unfortunately, the quality of a restaurant heavily relies on its staff. The employees seemed a bit sluggish, and the presentation of the food was rather haphazard. I recognize that it's tough to find good help nowadays, but if I were the owner, I would consider offering incentives like gift cards to my employees and introducing motivational strategies such as contests.

I visited the restaurant for dinner around 7:30 PM, and according to the sign on the door, they were open until 9 PM, which was also confirmed on their Facebook page and website. However, when we attempted to enter, we were abruptly informed that they were closed, despite the fact that there were still other customers dining inside.

The manager on duty today was excellent! My friend and I were with four kids, and the food was delicious. He even treated the kids to ice cream after their lunch! He took great care of us. We will definitely be coming back!
