Every time I stop, the girl says shut up! I usually come at 4:00.

This place is always very busy, that?s why it takes a long time to order and to receive your order. The owners of this franchise need to come up with an idea to redesign the front desk to speed up the process and add more employees specially for the rush hours. DD is a very popular brand and people will keep coming for their donuts and coffee but for how long? I noticed that the one star reviews are increasing and catching up with the five star reviews and that?s not good!

Horrible service !!! I was placing my order and the lady helping me was taking my order and behind her was another lady who kept telling her no we can?t cut the big and toast In toast in half We cannot cut the wrap either . Very disappointed that she was not minding her own business . Obviously I had to leave because ordering was an issue . Really rude won?t ever stop here again! Waste of time

I waited 15 minutes in line and then another 15 minutes for my food. Unfortunately, it arrived burnt. The service was incredibly inefficient.

Vincent was very rude. There were inappropriate displays of affection in front of the children. The customer service was terrible. Dalia saved the experience by providing excellent service and a complimentary donut. That’s the only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one.
