The General Manager personally handled the situation well, demonstrating understanding and accommodation. It was nice to see concern for unsatisfied customers. During my return visit, the staff was friendly and ensured my food was prepared correctly. I had never encountered any issues before, so I was disappointed to receive a beef crunchwrap instead of the black bean one I had ordered. Since I do not eat red meat, I was concerned about potential stomach issues later. This mix-up was unfortunate and left me feeling disappointed.

Initially, the food at this restaurant was disappointing with poor quality and lack of attention to detail. However, after a return visit, I was pleasantly surprised. The General Manager addressed my concerns and made significant improvements. The food quality has significantly improved, and they have taken impressive precautions for allergies. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant in the future, feeling confident that my daughter can eat there safely.

I always receive excellent customer service at this Taco Bell. My family adores this restaurant. The food is both delicious and healthy.

The type that my order on the drive was friendly and patient about the top, which was nice for a change. They were asked to pick up our order and everything was correct in the bag.

If you like Taco Bell, this is exactly like all the others. Giving points for relative convenience, but not total convenience because the parking lot can get tight at times.
