It's a great spot! The coffee is strong and the food is excellent. Each time I've been there, the staff has been patient and friendly. I truly enjoy this place.

Coffee was lovely. I got the pumpkin pie with oat milk and my wife got the mocha with non fat. Hers was a little on the sweet side, so maybe ask for half sweet if that's a problem for you.Service was somewhat slow, but we were not in a hurry. If you're late for work or other event, maybe choose a different place.Overall, we'll be back next time we're in the area.

I felt compelled to share my disappointment with the petty way I was treated over a cup of water. I paid for my coffee and meal and left a generous 20% tip, but when I asked for a cup of water, I was told it would cost an additional .25. I didn 't have a quarter on me and had to leave without water. The Breakfast burrito was also so hot from the microwave, that the tortilla wrap itself had hardened. I ended up burning my fingers trying to eat it.While I understand the irony of my own pettiness, the bigger issue here is the establishment 's approach to customer service. Charging customers for a cup of water comes across as nickel-and-diming and left me with a negative impression of the overall experience. As a result, I won 't be returning to this establishment, and they may lose some business as a result.
